Using kinetic technology, children can let their imagination fly! Catch snowflakes and bring drawings to life in this interactive room, decorated with wintery themes and plenty of room to play, run around and experience an impressive lightshow!
RIDE A SLEIGH IN A ELECTRIFYING VR EXPERIENCE

Help Santa in a thrilling VR adventure! Using top-notch technology, transport yourself to the North Pole while helping Santa Claus deliver presents while overcoming adversities, including bad pixies, a wolf and even a blizzard!
GO DOWN OUR SLEDDING RAMP!

Bring the whole family for one-of-a-kind sledding action! Race down our ramp in a thrilling outdoors activity, indoors!
HAVE A GREAT TIME, ANYTIME!

Engage in a snowball fight without having to wait for the snow to fall. Our indoor Snowball Fight room is ready for the fun no matter the weather!

After lots of winter fun, Spirit of the North will leave you really warm! Pass by our Igloo Bar for some hot food and drinks just before you exit! A snow canon will guarantee a wintery scene to be remembered!

REGARDING THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the Spirit of the North experience?

Celebrate the holiday season with the whole family in a breathtaking winter wonderland! From traditional Christmas fun, such as lights, dioramas, and visits to Santa’s house, to cutting-edge VR technology adventures, and an indoor sledging ramp, there is something for everyone. Unwind and warm up at the igloo bar with a delicious hot drink and some seasonal treats. You’ve never experienced Christmas quite like this!

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place in the heart of Brussels, at the Horta Gallery.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around from 30 to 40 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe, following all rules in place at the time of the exhibition.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, there will be a bar where you can have a warm or cold drink in the bubble bar while enjoying the winter spirit.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

REGARDING THE ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Do I need to wear a mask?

The exhibition will follow the rules and safety measures imposed by the Belgian Government at the time of the exhibition.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time limits indicated on your ticket. However, you can arrive within 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket remains valid. However, you may have to wait for a spot to become available in the following slots.

Can I bring animals?

No you can’t. Only service animals accompanied and by valid certificate will be allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

There is no age requirement. Children aged 4 or younger may enter for free.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Yes.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other visitors.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

REGARDING THE TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket onsite ?

Yes, but only if there is availability by the time you get there. We highly recommend you to purchase your session in advance, to make sure you are allowed in.

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do you offer carer tickets for free?

For sure! All people helping guests with disabilities that need extra care will enter for free.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Spirit of the North can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
